By accessing the Site or purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.


You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or services from this Site.

 

 

2. Digital Products (LUT Packs & Downloadable Assets)

 

All LUT packs and digital products sold on this Site are licensed, not sold.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the product for personal or commercial creative projects.


You may NOT:

 

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the LUT files

  • Upload the LUT files to marketplaces or public websites

  • Offer them as part of another preset pack

  • Share them with others who have not purchased a license

  • Claim the LUTs as your own intellectual property

 

Violation of this license may result in legal action.

 

 

3. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this Site, including but not limited to:

 

  • Videos

  • Images

  • LUT files

  • Text

  • Branding

  • Logos

 

is the intellectual property of STLGV Media and is protected under U.S. and international copyright laws.


Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

 

 

4. Refunds

 

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.


Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.


Video production deposits are non-refundable.

 

 

5. Video Production Services

 

For service bookings:

 

  • A deposit is required to secure a production date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Final payment terms will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.

  • STLGV Media retains the right to use completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law:


STLGV Media shall not be liable for:

 

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Software incompatibility issues

  • Improper LUT application results

 

All digital products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

 

 

7. Software Compatibility

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their editing software before purchase.


We do not guarantee compatibility with unsupported or outdated software versions.

 

 

8. Chargebacks & Fraud

 

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback for a valid digital purchase may result in:

 

  • Account restriction

  • Legal recovery of funds

  • Reporting to payment processors
