1. Digital Products (LUT Packs & Downloadable Assets)

 

All LUT packs and digital products sold on our Site are delivered electronically.


Because digital products are instantly accessible and cannot be “returned,” all digital sales are final and non-refundable.


We do not offer refunds for:

 

  • LUT packs

  • Downloadable presets

  • Digital files

  • Digital bundles

  • Sale items

 

By completing your purchase, you agree that you waive your right to cancel once the digital product has been delivered.

 

 

2. Duplicate Purchases

 

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within 7 days at:

We may issue a refund for duplicate transactions at our discretion.

 

 

3. Video Production Services

 

For video production services:

 

  • Deposits are required to secure booking dates.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve production time.

  • If a project is canceled with at least 72 hours’ notice, we may apply the deposit toward a future booking.

  • Completed services are non-refundable.

 

 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

 

If you experience technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will:

  • Reissue download access

  • Provide technical assistance

  • Verify file integrity

We do not refund due to lack of knowledge on how to use LUTs or compatibility issues with unsupported software.

 

 

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

If you are located in the European Union:


Under EU consumer protection laws, you normally have the right to withdraw from digital purchases within 14 days.


However, by purchasing and downloading digital content from our Site, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins.

 

 

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback for a valid digital purchase may result in:

 

  • Permanent restriction from future purchases

  • Legal recovery of losses

  • Reporting to payment processors

7. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

 

If a refund is approved (in rare discretionary cases), it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
